By purchasing our client retainer package, you agree to a minimum commitment of three months, during which you'll receive up to 5 hours of graphic design service or up to 30 designs (whichever metric is met first). Client agrees to provide minimum of 1 month notice before cancelling retainer package. Client also agrees to sign detailed retainer contract following purchase.

Due to the digital nature of this service, no refunds will be issued.
